The Hampton Roads Chamber hosted its annual Business After Hours Holiday Gala and Marketplace on November 29 at The Chrysler Museum of Art. This special Business After Hours offered an opportunity for exhibitors to display goods and services in a holiday setting. Over 130 people enjoyed delicious hors d’oeuvres and drinks while networking and celebrating the holidays in style. The Chamber also held drawings for several different prizes.
LaToya Brown, Assistant Property Manager at Absolute Protection Realtly, LLC was attending the event as an exhibitor and was glad she signed up. “Everyone loves the Chamber and people will come out,” she said. “It’s a great way for us to advertise.”
Early Jackson, Life Coach and Transitional Specialist for his company New Direction Coaching Associates, was there to network. “This is a great opportunity to meet new people and have an awesome time,” he said. “I’ve made at least two good contacts so far!”
Every month, the Chamber hosts an after-hours networking event designed for members to meet and build relationships with businesspeople from small, mid-size and large Hampton Roads area companies and organizations representing a variety of industries.
