VDOT Needs Your Input for the I to 64 Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Environmental Impact Statement

On April 18th & 19th, VDOT held two citizen information meetings to gather public input for the I-64 Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT) Environmental Impact Statement. The study corridor stretches approximately 11 miles on I-64 between I-664 in Hampton and I-564 in Norfolk. If you were unable to make the meetings, you are still able to provide input. All of the meeting materials to the study website can be found here.

Please take a few minutes to review the materials and provide your feedback on the range of alternative concepts presented to meet the existing and future transportation needs within the corridor. Comments must be submitted by May 25, 2012. The comment form can be found here.

You also may email comments to
hrbtcomments@vaprojects.com (please reference "HRBT EIS/Alternatives Meeting" in subject line) or mail them to Tom Heil, Team Project Manager at 2901 S. Lynnhaven Road, Suite 300, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.

Thank you for your participation in this important transportation study.
