"Be empathetic, able to listen, be trustworthy, have good problem solving skills, be optimistic and have fun.” These are the traits Diane Raihle says led to this prestigious award.

Raihle, a Senior Manager with the Hampton Roads Chamber for 9 ½ years, is a valuable asset to the Chamber. An incredible sales woman, Raihle completed over 1,250 transactions and exceeded $750,000 in sales. This is why the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, ACCE, has awarded her with the Platinum Level Lifetime Achievement Award. The ACCE honored Raihle with the award at the annual conference Thursday, July 19 in Des Moines, IA.

Every day Raihle comes to work with the determination in mind to beat her yearly goals. What keeps her motivated to exceed her goals is that she loves what she does. Raihle says, “You have to believe in yourself and your mission. It’s all about educating and best of all, making friends along the way.” Her accomplishments started in 2013 with the Bronze Award and 2014 with the Silver Award, and then in 2017 with the Gold Award. She continues to impress.

The Hampton Roads Chamber works hard every day to be an impactful advocate, powerful economic partner, and an inspiring ignitor for our region. We appreciate those who embody these values and work hard to get our message across. We thank you Diane for being an incredible educator of the Chamber and for relaying our message to our current and future members! We here at the Hampton Roads Chamber appreciate you and thank you for all you do!
