Governor McAuliffe visited Astyra Corporation in Richmond on July 22 to sign Executive Order 20: Advancing Equity for Small, Women, and Minority Owned Businesses. The executive order is designed to expand contracting opportunities to small, women-owned and minority-owned (SWaM) businesses in the Commonwealth and set a higher bar for SWaM contracting in Virginia state government.
